Sunset and Motorhome

Last night we had some showers roll thru (which lasted about 2 minutes) and then afterwards the sunset was nice. So here we sit in San Gabriel RV Park. As you can see we have lots of shade trees to the east (behind the coach) which gives us lots of shade until about 1 pm. We also have a tree next to us that gives us shade well into the afternoon. This sunset was out our front window facing west. It was very nice and cooled us down to the upper 70's. It gets down to high 60's at night so by the time we get up and go walking it's already around 71 or so. We try to walk between 7 and 8 am. Sunrise here is 6:30 am which is very unlike the northwest at around 4:30 am.

They have finished sheetrocking in the house and this is a view of the ceiling in the master bedroom. They are beginning to mud the seams now. Also, the outside rock is coming along very nicely.

For all those people who know about color in mortar, we added color so the walls wouldn't look too light. The rock is a flagstone called texas mix and the mortar color is texas tan. We will be putting Ochre in the driveways, sidewalks and on the back porch. The front porch will be the same flagstone that is on the house.

There are always lots of guys working on the house. I think there were at least 10 to 12 guys yesterday doing the rock walls and mudding on the inside.
Well, we are getting ready for lunch now so I'll get more posted later in the week. Hopefully, we will get the paperwork today for the boat and can get it registered so we can go fishing.
Enjoy. Sandy
